Subscription Policy

Overview

Our subscription program is designed to offer convenience and discounted pricing to customers who commit to receiving products on a recurring basis. By enrolling in a subscription, customers agree to the terms outlined below.


Minimum Commitment

To receive discounted pricing, all subscriptions require a minimum of three (3) consecutive subscription orders.

  • The first order is processed at the time of sign-up.

  • The following subscription orders are processed automatically on the schedule selected at checkout.

  • Cancellation is not permitted until all three required orders have been billed and delivered.

This minimum-order requirement ensures fair use of discounts and prevents misuse of subscription pricing.


Billing & Renewals

  • Subscription orders are automatically billed using the payment method on file.

  • Customers will receive an email notification for each renewal.

  • If a payment fails, the system will automatically retry; if payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused until updated.


Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription after the third order has been fulfilled.

  • Cancellation requests submitted before the three-order requirement is met will be denied.

  • Once eligible, customers can cancel at any time through their account or by contacting our support team.


Refund Policy

Because discounted pricing is provided in exchange for a minimum commitment, subscription orders are non-refundable once processed.
Exceptions may be considered only in cases of:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Delivery issues verified with the carrier

  • Other circumstances at our discretion


Updating or Modifying a Subscription

Customers may update the following at any time:

  • Delivery frequency

  • Shipping address

  • Payment method

These changes do not reset or affect the three-order commitment.


Skipping an Order

Customers may skip one subscription order per three-order cycle, as long as:

  • The skip does not reduce the total number of required orders

  • The skip is requested before the next billing date


Fair Use

The subscription program is intended for long-term customers who wish to maintain consistent use of our products. Signing up solely to obtain discounted pricing without fulfilling the required subscription cycle is considered misuse and is not permitted.
