All our dog treats are 100% natural treats and are single protein unless specified within the description.

  • What is the shelf life of your dog treats, and how should they be stored?

12 months shelf life unless stated otherwise within the description or on the packaging.

  • Are the treats appropriate for puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs?

Have a look at our trusty chew and treat guide which will help you decide whether the treat is right for your poochy. Please remember though, only you know how your dog will tolerate chews, if they are aggressive chewers it would be advisable to steer clear from treats that could pose as a choking hazard or too quickly ingested as this could cause complications. Please remember to always supervise your dogs when they are eating longer lasting chews, and if they do break off large pieces or pieces that could pose a risk, remove them immediately and replace them with a more suitable treat.

Our guide can help you decide what treat is appropriate for your dogs, https://funkypawsco.com/pages/the-ultimate-dog-chew-treat-guide do remember that all dogs, whether they are the same breed, are different, I have some customers who order bones for their dachshunds or chihuahuas however they are able to tolerate them and I have some customers who have the larger breeds like GSD’s who only order smaller quick snacks due to their dog being an aggressive chewer. This guide is only a guide to help you make choices, you are the only person who knows what your dog can enjoy safely.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • What is your return and exchange policy for dog treats?

Unless your package arrives damaged, with photograph evidence, then dog treats are none returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • How can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied?

There are smaller quantities of treats in our pick n mix section, where you can try your pooches with different treats before committing to our bigger options, if you are unsure whether your dog likes or tolerates certain treats, then try the pick n mix section first as you will get a better understanding of their likes, dislikes, tolerances and whether they are safe for your dog. Unfortunately, if you dog simply does not like a treat, then we cannot offer a refund for these. Refunds will only be offered if the product is damaged in transit and must be reported to us within 7 days.

Our products are from reputable UK only suppliers, and they are sourced sustainably including things such as organic farming, responsible sourcing of ingredients, and minimal packaging waste.
