We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. Please note that delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or stock/supplier issues. If an order is delayed due to stock or supplier issues, we will contact you and offer a full refund, including shipping charges.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• UK Orders:

  • We use Evri or Royal Mail for UK deliveries.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2-3 working days

Shipping Costs

• UK Orders:

  • £1.49 on orders over £15.
  • Free delivery on orders over £35.

• International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and will vary depending on the destination country.

Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any international customs or tariff fees, as these are not included in the shipping price.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method selected.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Funky Paws Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the courier, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
