Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at woof@funkypawsco.com.

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel and refund your order.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item at your own cost. Once the item is received and verified, we will process your refund.

Returns Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to return an item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair.
  • It must be in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or customization. These include:

  • Consumable Products: Dog treats and supplements cannot be returned once opened.
  • Personal Care Items: Used towels and blankets.
  • Customized Items: Any personalized products, such as custom dog tags or bowls etc
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during clearance/promotional events, unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at woof@funkypawsco.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if necessary).
  2. Package Your Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Item: Use a tracked shipping method to send the item to the return address provided by our team.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at woof@funkypawsco.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Photos of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number.

We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days. The funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items (e.g., different sizes or designs) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Gift Returns
